Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MasCom platform, APIs, and website. By creating a workspace or using the APIs you agree to these Terms.

The service

MasCom provides a messaging layer that connects your applications to the WhatsApp Business API. We are responsible for platform availability and message routing; you are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any consents required to message your recipients.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited marketing, or messaging recipients without a lawful basis.
• No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, and no content that violates WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the platform outside of agreed load-testing windows.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Message allowances reset each billing cycle; overage is billed at the published per-message rate. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle.

Availability and support

We target 99.97% API availability (99.99% with an Enterprise SLA). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Support response times depend on your plan.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate workspaces that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. You can export your data for 30 days after termination.
