What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, company name, and billing details you provide when creating a workspace.
• Message metadata — recipient numbers, delivery status, and timestamps needed to route and report on messages sent through the platform.
• Message content — held encrypted and only for as long as needed to deliver and, where enabled, display conversation history. Retention is configurable per workspace.
• Usage data — API request logs, dashboard analytics, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use personal data to provide and improve the service, process payments, provide support, meet legal obligations, and send service communications. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use message content for advertising.

Data location and security

Data is stored in the region you select for your workspace (EU, US, or APAC). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is role-based and logged.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
